All Little Package plugins are licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).
By purchasing plugin(s) from https://web.little-package.com/, you agree with these Terms and Conditions and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
Plugin Updates
Plugin updates are included for one year with a license purchase. 6-month licenses, available for some plugins, include six months of updates and support. If you have a valid and active plugin license key entered in your WordPress backend, updates will be delivered automatically. Updates can also be downloaded from your account page. You may not share or resell access to your license key.
Support
Plugins are guaranteed to function as stated. Additional functions that are not already part of these plugins can be suggested to the development team, but are not guaranteed. Email support is provided for one year after the license purchase date. If a six-month license is purchased, support continues for 6 months, not one year.
After your license expires…
The plugin will likely continue working as-is, but you will need to renew your paid license to access plugin updates and support.
To renew with discount, put the plugin of choice in your cart, and enter your license key during checkout – a renewal discount will automatically apply.
We do not sell subscriptions. Your credit card will never be charged unless you click “Complete Purchase” on our checkout page.
Upgrades
If you wish to upgrade your license to support more websites/domains, you can do that at your account page > Purchase History > View Licenses > View Upgrades. Upgrades are pro-rated (time-basis) during the first three months after your original purchase.
Upgrading the license (e.g. from “single site” to “2-5 sites”) does not change its expiration date.
Refunds
We firmly believe in and stand behind our code 100%, but understand that not all plugins can work perfectly for everyone all of the time. We provide refunds for any reason if requested within 30 days of purchase. Once 30 days have passed after the purchase date, refunds can not be processed.
Please contact us with any pre-sale questions you may have.
Be aware that once your purchase is refunded and license revoked, the plugin may cease to function. Refunds are returned via the original payment method, and can take up to 15 business days to appear on your statement. Differences in exchange rate and original processing fees (approx. 3% of purchase) are not refundable.
PDF Fidelity
Important for prospective customers: WaterWoo and EDDiMark remove internal links (such as Table of Contents), layers, accessibility, and forms from PDFs while watermarking them because they use open-source PDF manipulation libraries TCPDI and TCPDF which cannot parse those features.
Most similar plugins for WordPress will have the same problem, except the following: PDF Stamper for WooCommerce, EDDiStamper for Easy Digital Downloads, and Download Monitor Stamper. If you or your agency need PDF fidelity and a professional result, please use one of these three plugins instead. If you have a healthy budget and need something built custom for PDF distribution, get in touch.
Indemnity
Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our plugins.
By using Little Package plugins, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Package developers for any third-party claims, actions or suits, as well as any related expenses, liabilities, damages, settlements or fees arising from your use or misuse of Little Package software, or a violation of any terms of this license.
