100% cotton twill in shark grey, white, or black. There is a 5/8″ turquoise grosgrain ribbon which goes over the crown and ends at the bill. Black caps have an antique white ribbon instead of turquoise, to match the printing. The crown seams are serged with two rows of stitching, and rough edges are encased with a 3/4″ cotton twill tape sweatband. It has a 5cm deep firm bill, lined with flexible but firm heat-resistant plastic (less chance of warping and cracking than some other brand cap bills). Oregon Screen Impressions blessed us with their perfectionist screen printing.
One size fits many adults (22-23″). I make all my cycling caps with a bit of elastic in the back for forgiving fit. If your head measures 22-23″ around where you’d like the cap sweatband to sit, this cap will fit. The measurement from side to side (ear to ear) over the top of the cap is 13.25″
To care for it, machine wash cool or warm, tumble dry low or dry flat. Iron medium.
Black caps with white ribbon are on pre-sale. They will not be constructed until March.
5 white and 5 grey caps also be available through Ira Ryan himself shortly. There are only ever 7 white and 7 grey left to be sold, ever. Make your move!
