The Manchurian

Sharing my hotspot with the Manchurian, mile 1801. His blog is pjgspct.blogspot.com I’ll never forget giving him his trail name near mile 100 of the PCT. It was a big tongue-in-cheek moment where he must have thought I was an idiot and I went ahead and let him think that. He told me he was from Manchester (England) and so I said, “OH! A Manchurian!” (Mancunian). He might have even tried to correct me, but then realized that Manchurian was pretty damn hilarious on several levels, and kept the name.
